This Returns Policy applies to physical products purchased directly from this website.

UK & EU Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you wish to return it.

To start a return, email customerservice@secondchance.co.uk.

We will provide you with the returns address and instructions. Please do not send any products back before contacting us.

Once you have told us that you wish to return your order, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Condition of Returns

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop.

Products should be returned with all accessories, components and manuals supplied with them and, where possible, in their original packaging.

If a product has been handled or used more than necessary to inspect it and this has reduced its value, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service.

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will refund the amount due to your original payment method.

If you cancel and return your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within the time required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please email customerservice@secondchance.co.uk.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this Returns Policy.

Square Golf App & Other Digital Purchases

This Returns Policy does not apply to digital products, credits, subscriptions or other purchases made through the Square Golf app or another website or platform.

For refunds, cancellations or support relating to those purchases, please contact the company or platform you purchased them from directly.

Your order confirmation or payment receipt should identify the relevant seller.
